利用規約

1. 本規約について

本規約は、FatSmileGAMESが提供する「くるばん（KURUBAN）」の利用条件を定めます。利用前に内容をご確認ください。未成年の方は保護者の同意を得てください。

2. ゲームと利用環境

本アプリは、端末内でのCPU・2人対戦と詰め問題、およびオンライン対戦を提供します。対応端末・OSや通信環境をご確認のうえ、通信費等は利用者が負担してください。オンラインでは相手の通信環境にも影響されます。

3. 禁止行為

• 不正なパケットの送信、改ざんしたアプリや自動操作等による不正対戦、レート・戦績・ポイントの偽装。
• 脆弱性の悪用、サービスへの過剰な負荷、接続妨害、意図的な遅延や切断による迷惑行為。
• 嫌がらせ、差別、なりすまし、他人の情報・権利を侵害する表示名や行為。
• 法令に反する利用、またはゲームや素材の無断複製・再配布。ただし法令が認める行為は除きます。

違反がある場合、安全な運営のため必要かつ合理的な範囲で利用を制限することがあります。

4. 対局・戦績・レート

戦績とレートは端末で計算・保存するゲーム上の目安であり、実力の証明、公認ランキング、正確性や永続保存を保証するものではありません。改造・通信障害・端末の故障などにより不整合や消失が起こる場合があります。

持ち時間切れ、離脱、切断などはアプリのルールに従って結果を扱います。双方の切断で双方が負けになる場合もあります。アプリ独自のクラウド復旧機能はなく、消えた戦績やレートを当社が復元できない場合があります。

5. ポイントとゲーム内の特典

ポイントは、対局や実績の達成などで無料で貯まるゲーム内の点数です。お金で購入することはできません。財産的価値はなく、現金・物品・他のサービスのポイントへの交換、他の利用者への譲渡、払い戻しはできません。

ポイントは、ガチャによるスキン（盤や石などの見た目）の入手と、詰め問題やヒントの解放に使えます。スキンは見た目と演出だけを変え、勝敗やCPUの強さ、オンライン対戦の公平性には影響しません。ガチャでは、引く前にその回の各品目の出現確率を画面に表示します。日替わりの問題は、その日に限り無料で遊べます。

ポイント、入手したスキン、実績、問題の解放状況は端末内に保存します。アプリの削除や端末の故障などで失われた場合、当社は復元できません。ゲームバランスの調整のため、ポイントの獲得量や上限、必要なポイント、ガチャの品目と確率、収録する問題を変更する場合があります。

6. 広告と有料機能

終局後、一定の条件で全画面広告を表示します。広告削除は本アプリの全画面広告を非表示にする、非消耗型の買い切り商品です。プロフィールから購入できます。価格はストアから取得した現地の表示価格とAppleの購入確認画面をご確認ください。価格が取得できないときは表示せず、購入は任意です。

支払いはAppleが処理し、当社はカード情報を受け取りません。プロフィールの「購入の復元」から、購入時と同じApple Accountで復元できます。利用権はAppleの取引とその仕組みに従い、返金や取消により失効する場合があります。返金はAppleの窓口から申請してください。法令による利用者の権利を制限するものではありません。広告や情報の扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

7. 権利と外部サービス

アプリ・画像・音声等の権利は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。利用者には個人的にゲームを利用する権利を認めます。Epic Games、Apple、Google等の外部サービスには、それぞれの利用条件やポリシーも適用されます。

8. 変更・停止と責任

保守、安全性、外部サービスの変更等により、機能・ルールを変更したり、提供を中断・終了したりする場合があります。重要な変更は可能な限り事前にアプリ内または本サイトでお知らせします。無停止・無不具合の動作や特定の対戦結果を保証しません。

当社は、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負います。故意・重過失による損害や、消費者保護法令などにより免責できない責任を除外するものではありません。

9. 準拠法・改定・連絡先

本規約は日本法に準拠します。ただし利用者に適用される強行法規による保護を妨げません。規約を変更する場合、内容と適用日を本サイト等で通知し、法令上必要な場合は同意を求めます。日英の内容に相違がある場合は、法令で認められる範囲で日本語を基準とします。

1. About these terms

These terms govern KURUBAN, provided by FatSmileGAMES. Please review them before use. Minors need permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Gameplay and requirements

The app offers local CPU/two-player games, puzzles, and online play. You are responsible for a supported device, OS, and connection, and any connectivity costs. Online play also depends on your opponent’s connection.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Sending invalid packets, cheating through modified software or automation, or falsifying records, ratings, or points.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities, overloading or disrupting services, or intentionally delaying/disconnecting to harass others.
• Harassment, discrimination, impersonation, or names/actions that infringe others’ rights or disclose their information.
• Unlawful use or unauthorized copying/distribution of the app or assets, except where permitted by law.

We may apply necessary and reasonable restrictions for violations to protect the service.

4. Results, records, and ratings

Records and ratings are locally computed gameplay indicators, not certified rankings or proof of skill. Accuracy and permanent retention are not guaranteed. Modified clients, connection issues, and device failure can cause inconsistencies or loss.

Timeouts, departures, and disconnections are resolved under the app’s rules. Both players may lose if both disconnect. We do not operate cloud recovery and may be unable to restore lost records or ratings.

5. Points and in-game rewards

Points are free in-game scores earned through play, achievements, and similar activities. They cannot be purchased with money. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or other services’ points, transferred to other users, or refunded.

Points can be used to obtain skins (cosmetic looks for boards, stones, and similar items) from the gacha and to unlock puzzles and hints. Skins change only appearance and presentation; they do not affect outcomes, CPU strength, or the fairness of online play. Before each gacha draw, the app shows the probability of each item for that draw. The daily puzzle is free to play on its day.

Points, skins, achievements, and puzzle unlocks are stored on your device. We cannot restore them if they are lost through app deletion, device failure, or similar causes. To balance the game, we may change point rewards and limits, required points, gacha items and probabilities, and the included puzzles.

6. Ads and paid features

Full-screen ads may appear after completed matches under frequency limits. Ad removal is an optional, one-time, non-consumable purchase that disables the app’s full-screen ads, available from Profile. Check the localized store price and Apple’s purchase confirmation. We omit the price when it cannot be retrieved.

Apple handles payment; we do not receive card details. Use Restore Purchases in Profile with the same Apple Account used to buy. Entitlement follows Apple’s transactions and mechanisms and may be revoked following refunds or cancellation. Request refunds through Apple. This does not limit statutory consumer rights. See the Privacy Policy for advertising and data practices.

7. Rights and external services

The app and its images, sounds, and other materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may use the game for personal enjoyment. Epic Games, Apple, Google, and other external services also have their own applicable terms and policies.

8. Changes, availability, and liability

Maintenance, security, or external-service changes may require changes to features/rules or suspension/discontinuation. We will announce material changes in advance in the app or on this site where practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or particular match outcomes.

Our liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under consumer protection or other mandatory law.

9. Governing law, updates, and contact

Japanese law governs these terms without removing protection under mandatory laws applicable to you. Changes and their effective dates will be announced on this site or in the app; consent will be requested where legally required. If the Japanese and English texts differ, Japanese prevails to the extent permitted by law.
